"I love your hobbit hair" a Phan fanfiction :3

Phil lay sprawled across the sofa in his and dans living room. He let out a loud groan. It was the most boring day ever. Pj was visiting family, Chris was in Canada to see his friends......nothing for Phil to do. He'd compleated Portal 2 already, and didn't feel like getting annoyed by playing sonic. Of course Dan was home, but he was busy making a video.
Phil let out another groan, got up and went into the kitchen to make some tea. He thought this was a good oportunity to distract Dan from video-making, so he made him one too.
He lightly knocked on the door before entering Dans room with some tea.
" If you've got anything to say about this, leave a comment below!" Dan said to his camera, pointing down. 'he always look so cute when he does that at the end of his videos' Phil thought to himself.  Then Dan he noticed Phil at the door. "oh hey Phil!" he said cheerily, turning off his camera.
"I made tea" Phil said, placing it on the table by dans bed.
"Thanks, just what i needed." Dan replied, picking up the cup and taking a sip. "so whatcha been up to?"
" Not much, just sitting around... bored. I see you've been making a new video?" Phil said, nodding towards the camera.
"Oh yeah, im done now though. how about we go into town?" Dan asked, standing up.
"sounds good." Phil stood up and went into his room to get changed.

PHILS P.O.V:

I fumbled through my drawers and found my lion shirt and skinny jeans. i pulled them on and straightened my hair. I heard the shower turn on. Ah, must be Dan. He'll be taking a while then.
I sat on my bed and browsed tumblr and saw the tag 'phan'. Of course i knew what Phan was...the pairing of me and Dan! But it hurt me inside to know it was just fanfiction, it was just fantasy. it wasnt real life, though i can't help but wish it was.
Yes, I, Phil Lester, am in love with my best friend.
i would never admit it though...though ive come close many times. Once I thought out loud and said that his laugh was cute. Luckily he took it as a joke and laughed it off. And another time when he caught me looking at him across the room while he was making dinner... It's not my fault. He's just so amazing in everything he does. The way his hair curls naturally, or the way he smiles to one side. He's just breathtaking.
The shower turned off and the bathroom door opened. Oh good, hes done. I shut off my laptop and just layed on my bed, thinking about how I could one day tell im how I felt. but I knew that I couldnt. He'd never like me the same way.its jusy brotherly love to him, nothing more.

DANS P.O.V:

I shut my bedroom door and dried myself off. I got changed fairly quickly because the house is BORING and mine and Phils trips into town are always fun. It's fun being around him. He's so charming and halarious it feels like nothing else matters in the world when I'm in his company.
I plugged my straigteners into the wall and switched them on. I waited a few minuets for them to heat up and realized they wernt working. uh.
"Shit." i said outloud, trying frantically to get them to work. My hair looks HORRIBLE naturally. It's all curly and....ugh. I hate my hobbit hair.  I went to phils room and knocked on the door. "Phiiiilllll, can i borrow your straighteners? mine are fucked." I said, leaning on the doorframe. He turned around and gave a small laugh. "yeah sure" he said with a small smile. God, hes so cute. I just wanted to attack him with hugs and kisses right there and then. I kept my cool though, and went to get them off of his table.
PHILS P.O.V:

"Phiiiilllll, can i borrow your straighteners? mine are fucked." Dan said, leaning on the doorframe in my room. i laughed a little and said sure.  He walked across my room and got them off my table.
"You don't need to straigten your hair, i think it looks nice like that, Dan." I said without thinking. oh god. no.no.  He gave me a small look of surprise then a smile.
"Stop kidding, you know it looks gross" he said ruffling it in annoyance.  It was time for me to be confident. yep. here goes...
I stood up and walked over to him was a small smile. "Im not joking, I love your hobbit hair" I said with a small wink. Not a sexy wink. Just one to show i thought he looked......attractive. I  was quite close to him now. He was grinning, and had put down the straighteners and crossed his arms.
"Oh really?" he said smiling.
"Yeah. It makes you look even more gorgeous..." I said, placing my hands on his hips and bringing him closer so out forheads were touching and we were looking into eachothers eyes. "...if thats even possible." I carried on. Was this really happening? Was I really flirting with my best friend and he didn't get freaked out?!
Dan uncrossed his arms and put them around my neck. "I'm not the gorgeous one, you are." he said quietly and leaned in.
Wow, it felt like time was slowing down. Our bodies edged closer and finally our lips collided. They moved slowly, in time woth eachothers. They seemed to fit perfectly, like a key and a lock.
The kiss seemed to last forever, and to be honest, I didn't want this to end. When it finally did, we were looking into eachothers eyes again. His amazing brown eyes staring back at me...... I had to tell him how i felt.
"Dan-" I was interrupted by him putting his finger to my lips.
"Phil, I've liked you since the very first day we met. You mean the world to me.....I love you."
I was silent for a second. Dan removed his finger from my lips and I managed to reply "Dan, I love you too." before our lips collided again.

We stayed like that for a few minutes when dan pulled back and said "how about we go to town then.....my new boyfriend....."  I nodded and slipped my hand into his, and left the house happier than I've ever been.
